　易の根本的な考え方は、全てが常に変化していくというもので、易経の英語圏でのタイトルは「変化の書（The Book of Changes）」です。墨の作品は、その性格上、現象に委ねるところがあり、同じ結果には二度となりません。自身が変化し続ける森羅万象の一部であることを意識させられます。

The fundamental idea of I Ching is that everything is constantly changing, and the title of the I Ching in English-speaking countries is The Book of Changes. By its very nature, an ink work is left to phenomena, and the same result is never achieved twice. It makes us aware that we are part of the ever-changing universe.
