作家のことば

　一日の仕事が終わり、久しぶりに会う友を待ち遠しい思いで待つ女性像。
　コロナ禍が明け、人との交流が盛んになりコロナ以前のような賑いが戻ってきました。
　自身の年齢や長く会っていない間に二度と会えなくなった人を想うと、会える機会があれば会っておきたいという気持ちで制作した。

After a day's work, a female figure waits with longing for a friend whom she has not seen in a long time.
After the Corona disaster, people began to interact with each other more actively, and the bustle that existed before Corona returned.
Thinking about my own age and those whom I will never see again after a long absence, I created this work with the desire to meet them if I have the chance to do so.
