季節が変わる

作家のことば

　過去や未来のことを思い煩いながら、現在のことに何とか雑な対応をして生きているうちに、季節はあっと言う間に過ぎてしまった。
　充実を実感するためには、現在に集中をして、精一杯に前進するしかないらしいが、とても難しい。
　「うまくいかないなぁ」と日夜苦悶している間に季節が変わる。

Worrying about the past and the future, and somehow dealing with the present in a rough way, the seasons passed in the blink of an eye.
To feel fulfillment, it seems there is no choice but to concentrate on the present and move forward with all one's might, but it is very difficult.
The seasons change while I am tormented day and night, thinking, "Things are not going well."
