　モデルを探すなかで、たまたま二胡の奏者を見つけました。今まで日本でジャズを歌う人、ウクライナ人のダンサーといったように多彩な人が私のまわりにもいることに驚きます。
　彼女達が拠って立つ場を探しているように、私はというと絵は構図であると考えて、人物の収まり所を探しているのです。

While looking for a model, I happened to find an erhu (Chinese two-stringed fiddle) player. I am surprised by the variety of people around me, such as a jazz singer in Japan and a Ukrainian dancer.
Just as they are searching for a place to stand, I, believing that painting is about composition, am searching for the proper placement of the figure.
