天路

作家のことば

　碧空をながめていたら、天上にあるという「道」のお話を思い出しました。
　「天路」とは、空にある道のことです。鳥や月、太陽などの通る道。そして魂が天に昇るときに通る道のことだそうです。

Gazing at the azure sky, I recalled the story of the "road" said to exist in the heavens. Tenro (Heaven's Road) is the path in the sky. The path traveled by birds, the moon, and the sun. And, it is said to be the path that the soul takes when ascending to heaven.
