作家のことば

　宇宙の営みを主題に制作している。刻々と移り行く空間に光と物質が交錯し調和して輝く。うねる波動は今後の大きな変化を予感させる。そんな一瞬を器に表現した。
　手捻り手法により成形した器体の表面に条線の集合体を刻した後灰釉を施し、強還元炎で焼成した。

I create based on the theme of the universe's workings. Light and matter intersect and harmonize to shine in the constantly shifting space. The undulating waves portend a major future change. I expressed such a moment in a vessel.
The vessel was shaped using the hand-building technique, inscribed with an aggregate of striations on the surface, applied with ash glaze, and fired in a strong reduction flame.
