作家のことば

　澄んだ空、たなびく雲、大地にわたる細い道。慣れ親しんだ里の景色がやさしい光に包まれてオレンジ色に映る。歳月を経て、里を懐かしむ気持ちが生み出す心象の変化を表現している。
　心の奥にとどめている景色をもとに、在り続けるものと過ぎゆくものを抜染法とフリーステッチで制作している。

Clear sky, trailing clouds, a narrow path crossing the field. The familiar countryside view is wrapped in gentle light and reflects an orange hue. This expresses the change in the inner landscape that arises from the feeling of nostalgia for the village after the passage of time.
Based on a scene held deep in my heart, I use discharge dyeing and free stitching to create the enduring and the fleeting.
