　コロナの時から呉昌碩の尺牘に取り組んでいる。とりわけ肉の太い図太い表情を見せる作に興味をそそられる。独特な連綿、崩しがあるがあまりそれに拘らず、その奥にある呉昌碩の精神性が強烈に出たものに興趣を憶える。簡単そうでなかなかその真に迫れないことに歯痒さを感じる。

Since the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been working on the letters of Wu Changshuo. I am particularly interested in his works that show a very bold expression with thick strokes. While he has unique continuous strokes (*renmen*) and cursive abbreviations (*kuzushi*), I don't confine myself to them, but rather feel a strong interest in the pieces where Wu Changshuo's underlying spirituality powerfully emerges. I feel frustration that it seems simple but is difficult to truly capture his essence.
