作家のことば

上下左右の隣り合う文字と文字の変化を意識しています。墨の濃淡や潤渇、太細などの大胆な変化を効かせています。特に「㸃の」を作品の山場と考えて、紙面の中央を盛り上げました。立体的で躍動感のある作品を目指して制作しました。

I was conscious of the changes between adjacent characters both vertically and horizontally. I used bold variations in ink density, wetness/dryness, and thickness/thinness. I particularly considered "*no*" (の) as the climax of the work, building up the center of the paper. I created this work aiming for a three-dimensional and dynamic expression.
