滋賀県長浜の盆梅展、毎年早春の楽しみに取材していました。
帰り、駅前のスーパーにて買い求めし梅の苗。
三十年以上の成長で、花はもちろん、初夏の青梅も、家族同様に馴染んでおります。

I used to visit the Bonsai Plum Exhibition in Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture, every early spring for sketching[cite: 1].
