近年題材としている「鳥居」を、継続して制作した。街中にある鳥居、神社の鳥居など数多くあるが、前作とは異なる視点から心に想う鳥居を捉えて表現をした。線と面を組み合わせた造形の面白さを簡素化した形で表現しており、素材には、無機質であり存在感のある鉄を使用している。
