作家のことば

数年来テーマにしている古代エジプト王妃像に想を得て制作した鍛金トルソの作品です。
座る王妃が凜として周囲に視線を送る姿を想像して制作しました。
銅の板材を鍛金技法で制作した後に全体に鍚を溶着して生漆で焼き付け仕上げをしました。
